It has all the features you need! It would only require the services to accept answers on the notifications it sents out, like this: - Tom sends you "happy birthday" on facebook - facebook sends u an email with all infos (name, message, time) - this email has a unique sender with some facebook internal magic id - you simple hit the reply button, type ur message and off it goes - facebook accepts the mail, maps the magic id to the original message and most importantly Tom - facebook send Tom the message But then again...
